If you are having trouble with your payment being accepted here are some suggestions:
- We only accept payment from credit cards issued by banks located in the United States. We do not accept international payments.
- Your billing address must match exactly what is on your credit card statement. You can have your order shipped to a different address if you are at school.
Please note: We do not have a retail store, orders cannot be picked up from EE In A Box.
Double-check your email settings and make sure you don't have a spam-blocking system that requires 'authorization' or you will not get a response!
