    Our kits are custom packaged items to support the education of students with their course work. Custom produced products are not elgible for a refund since these items and materials are purchased and manufactured and packaged for the orders that we recieve. If you have an item that you need to return, you can contact us to get a RMA within 7 days of your purchase if this is available for the merchandise that you ordered. In most cases, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns due to classes being canceld or innteruptions in normal operations due to national emergencies and pandemics. Return shipment is your responsibility. Please contact us before returning any package!

  • At this time, EE In A Box, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Shipment of in-stock products will be completed within 24 hours of the placement of your order except on weekends, and holidays (USPS observed holidays).

    If you have chosen to pick up your order in person please disregarde this next message. If you have selected to ship your order, it is important for you to double check your SHIPPING ADDRESS (make sure you have an apartment number, etc. as delayed deliveries due to insuficent address informaiton can delay your shipment for 2-3 weeks and we are not able to replace lost merchandise once it has been shipped.) We cannot be responsible for tracking your package and delivery as this service is handled by the shipping company used. 

    Shipping for large items may not caculate correctly. If shipping rates seem out of line for your order, we will adjust the invoice at our discression. We aim to charge fair shipping rates for your purchases and thank you for your understanding.
